Enables to add, remove, and manage user accounts and permissions.

We're rapidly making improvements and the platform may or may not look the same as shown in the video, but the concepts remain the same.

Objective

In this video, I walk you through how to invite team members and manage their profiles on our platform. I explain the process of disabling and enabling users, as well as how to add new users by entering their details and assigning them specific roles. It's important to note that there are no restrictions on the types of email addresses you can use for invitations. Please make sure to follow these steps to ensure our team is set up correctly.


Field Mapping

This will help you understand what each form field does.

Add new user

  • Fields that are mandatory are marked as * in the end.

  • Once a user is added, an invitation will be sent to the user to sign-up. The invitation can be withdrawn also by using Delete Invite button.

  • Only after the user has signed-up, that you can change the role.

Field Name

Description

First Name*

The first name of the user.

Last Name*

The last name of the user.

Email Address*

The email address of the user. The invitation to sign-up will go to this email address. Also this email address will be the user login id for Dyspach.

Role*

The role to be assigned to new user. The roles define the access to the menu items.

There are three roles defined:

  • Admin - Can access everything.

  • Pricing - Can access everything except the ability to manage users.

  • Sales - Can access dashboard, simulator, accounts. proposals and read-only version of rate cards.

Disable user

  • You can disable an active/enabled user by clicking on Disable User button next to their name and once a user is disabled, the user will be automatically signed out and will not be allowed to login.

  • You can enable/disable users any time, any number of times.

Change user role

  • You can change the roles of the users by choosing the correct role any time, any number of times. The access of the user will be modified when the user will login again.

  • If you cannot get the right role activated on a particular user, please ask them to log-out and login again.
